Each building is expressed as dual linked pavilions which provide the opportunity for elements of landscaping (including stepping stones and avenues of palm trees) to be visually prominent from the internal spaces of the house.

Fruit trees and tropical vegetation will also be planted throughout the site in order to engage the senses and complete the Island paradise.

The presence of planted spaces and introduction of water elements as an integral part of the WhiteSands design allows for each and every individual  house to be read harmoniously with the natural environment from inside and out.

Outdoor decks and terraces are featured in combination with planting to enhance the feel of connection with the environment from inside the house.
